LAUGH HARD.
COOK EASY.
FEEL BETTER.

Two men smiling and looking at the camera while holding a homemade cinnamon roll cake in a cast iron skillet in a kitchen.

About Eat Your Feelings

Eat Your Feelings is built around food, honesty, and showing up for each other.

It started as a cooking show.
It’s becoming something bigger.

We use food, cooking, and serving others as the entry point for real conversations about life, stress, grief, and connection.

Eat Your Feelings is independently produced and made possible by people who believe in what we're building. Your contribution — any amount — goes directly toward getting episodes edited, released, and into the hands of the people who need them. Donations are tax-deductible through our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas.

Some of Our Go To Comforts

Comfort food that actually comforts. These are the recipes that'll make you feel better, one delicious bite at a time.

CHICKEN POT PIE

Your mom made this when things got hard. Now you make it when words aren't enough.

One pot. Simple ingredients. The kind of meal that fills a house and reminds you there are better days ahead.

TACO SOUP

A bowl full of Southern stubbornness & weekend afternoons. Roux so dark it's got a past.

ALABAMA GUMBO

Born in a Bama BBQ joint, raised by chaos, served hot with zero apologies. Great for large crowds

JAMBALAYA

Person serving slices of cheesy baked lasagna onto a plate, with steam rising from the dish, in a kitchen setting.

BAKED ZITI

Some call it a casserole. We call it an edible group therapy session with a cheese crust.

More recipes will be here before you know it

MORE COMING

BEEF BOURGUIGNON

The French call this dish comfort food. We call it emotional triage in a Dutch oven.

A chicken dish soaked in wine and feelings. Basically therapy in a braiser. Dress to impress
